Atty. Edlira Kapllani, graduated in the Faculty of Law, Tirana University, Albania in 2009. She also accomplished a Master Degree in Criminal Science in 2012. Mrs. Kapllani started working 7 years ago as a lector at private a University and then as Legal Counsel for a construction company, KONTAKT ltd. She held the position of Executive Director and Legal Counsel from 2010 – 2014 in a debt collection company (Debt International Advisory – Albania Branch). 

Mrs. Kapllani was part as Technical Expert on the drafting of “Reform in the Justice System” in Albanian Parliament. She completed numerous specializations in Albania and abroad. She is part of Albanian Bar Association since 2011. Her 2 years participation in the project “Enhancing rights of children in conflict with the law and preventive mechanisms in Albanian society” supported by the Embassy of Netherlands and Albanian Centre of Legal Training and Studies, resulted in the publication of 4 brochures regarding the addressed to all the target group interested in the right of children.
